Controlling team, (Senior) FP&A

• Financial reports collection, consolidation, analysing, support FD on MBR report. • TForecast and annual budget preparation, consolidation and analysis. • In charge of Korea monthly follow-up of financial targets (EBITDA, Operational Working Capital, ROCE). • Follows-up performance compared with budget and forecasts by analyzing main deviations. • Korea CAPEX consolidation, tracking and monitoring. • Support Korea business analysis and control, including but not limited on month-end closing, analysis, RF&YEO, and annual budget. • Support on Korea structural financial reports template initiating, including monthly figure reports, general management reports, etc. • Compliance and implementation of Group rules and policies in matters of internal control including especially segregation of duties and management of metal, and compliance with the Group Code of Ethics. • Other tasks from line-manager

• Financial & Accounting Knowledge : Background in Cost or Controlling (Not Accounting Background only) • Experience in manufacturing industry • More than 5 years of experience in finance • Ability to interpret financial data and derive meaningful insights through analysis. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP), and BI tools (such as Power BI). • Ability to deliver clear and persuasive messages based on numbers and data. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with management and other departments. • Fluent English Skill

1. 제조 원가 분석 능력 • 표준원가(Standard Cost) 설정 및 실제원가(Actual Cost)와의 차이를 분석하는 업무를 핵심적으로 수행 • 이는 자재비, 노무비, 제조간접비 등 다층적인 비용구조에 대한 이해가 필요하며, 생산성과 수율 분석, 효율성 평가와도 직결 2. 생산계획 및 재고관리 연계된 재무 예측 역량 • 제조업에서는 생산량, 가동률, 공정 리드타임, 재고 회전율 등의 운영지표와 재무지표(매출원가, 재고자산 등)를 연결하여 예측하는 역량이 요구됨 • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) 프로세스에 참여하면서, 생산/재고 계획과 연계된 예산/실적 관리를 수행 3. ERP 시스템(예: SAP)에서의 생산 및 재고 모듈에 대한 이해, BOM과 Routing 정보의 분석 등 보다 테크니컬한 스킬도 요구됨. 4. CAPEX 분석 및 투자 타당성 검토 스킬
