• Hire and/or develop a regional team covering customers across the APAC region.
• Drive the execution of sales policies and practices by enabling and coaching your teams, including joining calls, ensuring the team is product experts, and identifying growth plans.
• Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
• Provide accurate forecasting to hit and exceed the team’s revenue targets for the region and individual accounts.
