We are currently looking for a business partner to join the unit management team and lead the unit People and Culture team in Giheung unit(store). As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to contributing to an engaging co-worker experience. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment. We see that you can have a background in HR with previous experience of working with influencing and steering the business on key topics in collaboration with management teams. If you have experience of leading projects as well as experience of translating strategies into concrete actions, it is an advantage. You speak and write both Korean and English fluently.

What you'll be doing day to day • Contribute to positioning IKEA Dongbusan as the leading home furnishing store in the local market. • Create room settings and visual media that exceed customer expectations and bring fresh inspiration. • Develop locally relevant visual solutions by incorporating home furnishing trends and customer insights. • Use global tools and best practices to implement efficient and high-quality visual merchandising solutions. • Design displays with a strong focus on safety, visitor experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• 인테리어 디자인, 디자인계열 또는 건축 전공자이신 분. • 인테리어 디자인 관련 2년 이상, 5년 미만의 관련 경력을 보유하신 분. • 업무 상 영어 의사소통이 가능하신 분. • 능동적이고 실용적인 업무방식을 수행하실 수 있는 분. • 미적 감각과 커머셜 관점을 바탕으로 창의적인 비주얼과 아이디어를 제안 및 실현할 수 있는 분. • 다양한 사람들과의 명확한 커뮤니케이션에 능하고, 팀 내 협업을 중시하는 분. • 단순하고 효율적인 방식으로 일하는 방법을 지속가능한 방식으로 개선하려는 자세를 가진 분. Who you are • You have a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field. • You bring 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design. • You are comfortable communicating in English for work-related matters. • You take a hands-on, proactive, and practical approach to your work. • You have a strong aesthetic sense and a commercial mindset, enabling you to generate and implement creative visual ideas. • You are a clear communicator who values teamwork and collaboration. • You are eager to improve how we work by seeking simple, sustainable, and efficient ways of doing things.
