자격 요건
• Proven experience in managing sales pipelines and consistently achieving growth targets
• Strong stakeholder management skills in strategic and complex business environments
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes (required)
• Self-motivated, passionate, and proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and drive innovation
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Virtual Twin technology, and digital transformation is a strong plus
• Industry exposure to Industrial Equipment, Transportation, and Mobility sectors is advantageous
