• Oversee operations to ensure safety and compliance, Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and visitors. Ensure plant EHS. • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping • Prepare budgets and manage financial performance of the plant • Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, ESG, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR, and other delivery • Implement global standards in Production, Quality and Delivery management • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees and HMC customers • Communicate with employees about performance expectations • Give useful feedback to employees • People development with HR: Recruit, hire, onboard and train new staff • Use company’s KPIs and measure them on a regular basis to improve plant performance • Adhere to company’s rules and regulations • Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices, and technology

• 경력20년이상 • Preferred Candidate: - From Hyundai or TRANSYS - English speaking is mandatory - Have over 10 years of experience in JIT plant operations and HMC business - Strong background in labor union management, especially Korea Metal Workers' Union

• 현대차, 기아차, TRANSYS 경력자 • Fluent English
