JOB SUMMARY
Working under moderate supervision, develops business and negotiates the advisory and transaction of real estate properties through retail occupier cross-border services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consults various clients to tend to their needs for opening new retail stores, re-contracting or restructuring
Builds exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients.
Prepares Request for Proposals and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data and market comparisons.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions.
Prepares offers, term sheets and lease amendments / Review lease agreements
Strong abilities to source real estate deals and opportunities.
Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base.
Supports in accompanying prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
Conducts, synthesizes, and presents research on industry best practices, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to management, clients and/or stakeholders; prepares recommendations and/or alternate courses of action as options.
Supports department in varied areas of analysis including one or all of the following: real estate industry/market, management reporting and variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for distribution.
