• Deeply understand the Korean consumer, the Korean home, and the Korean market
• Be involved and embedded in consumer insights and research studies to inform consumer messaging
• Develop consumer communications strategy for the brand in the South Korean market and then execute it, including media planning and buying, consumer promotions, public relations, and digital/social
• Work closely with the global marketing departments (US, and APAC) to leverage best practices and global strategies, while also ensuring appropriate localization is done for the Korean market
• Work closely with South Korean distributor to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned, especially on asset needs for trade marketing and in-store displays
• Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.
• Drive execution of marketing strategies for the responsible portfolio to meet P&L and market share goals.
• Support overall brand category expansion from new products and GTM
• Oversee 3rd party agency relationship and work closely with them to strategically maximize their performance to drive consistent business results.
• Occasional travel to USA, and Singapore may be required.
