BD/Seller Relationship Management:
• Drive business development and relationship management of Local Fulfillment(LFF) business by educating new sellers to LFF business and by working closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, seller management) to successfully onboard new LFF sellers.
• Plan, negotiate, and manage commercial benefits for KR LFF sellers across markets.
Channel Design & Optimization (New & Existing):
• Design and improve the end-to-end LFF process to reduce costs for KR sellers.
• Identify challenges and opportunities in local fulfillment across markets and seller types, creating solutions that fit KR sellers' needs.
• Work closely with internal and external teams (business development, commercial, seller management, and local market teams) to support KR LFF growth.
• Track onboarding progress and performance, providing regular reports.
