주요업무

Job Title : CS Manager (3 Months Contract) JOB MISSION Handle quality check of product, spare parts and stock while supporting customer service of store to develop sales opportunity and store operation Spare parts order Process customer and store order of spare parts, request for material availability by coordinating with Italy Contact to Italy whether spare parts are available or not Counter check with customers whether order is correctly processed and reflected well Manage price inquires and ensure valid price is captured for customer orders Operate the spare parts flow by cooperating with repairing company Defective product and stock Check product quality and liaise with DHL to ensure fulfilment of the delivery Inspect product and stock to maximize sales opportunity Manage the defective product to be repaired or returned to Italy Coordinate the credit note and return cargo processing with Logistics department and DHL Support Web-return system administration related matter such as returning of defective product Work in cooperation with DHL warehouse operators to develop product flow and quality Make packing list to send the defective product to the Italy Communicate with Italy regarding destroy of defective product Supporting customer service Ensure customer service level of store is not interrupted by managing back-up support Provide a guideline to the store to operate and respond well to customers Respond the overseas claim and questions Manage/contribute to the response of customer claim with customer center team Watch Manage the defective watch and returned watch from store Check the defective quality of product Request the test regarding defective symptom Training Exchange/Return policy Response attitude of customer claim and product information Reporting Weekly/Monthly CS stock report to FHK Monthly settlements of repair expenses Apply for debit note and credit note

자격 요건

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Good at SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power point Familiar with retail industry and knowledge of logistics and warehouse process Commercial and Trend awareness of luxury market competitors Knowledge about Product materials and after sales service policy Proficiency in both oral and written English PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently Confidence and Challenging in acquiring newness Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships
