• Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee’s Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimise existing practices related to but not limited to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
• Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solution
• Manage internal and external communications-related projects
• Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
• Efficiently organise and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up on the implementation of the meeting tasks
• Develop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
• Derive actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive data-informed decision • making
