Job Description: The position of Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis APAC is a newly created role within Pixelogic Media, Seoul to support the VP & GM, APAC and the central Corporate Services in the United States. The successful individual has a desire to build strong relationships with business line heads and non-financial stakeholders through effective business partnering. There is also plenty scope for the new appointment to enhance existing processes as well as regular business planning, forecast and management information reports. Responsibilities: · Responsible for accurate preparation on the consolidated (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets of the Company’s business units to senior management and external parties. · Review and monitor key changes between actual results vs. current forecast, budget, prior month and prior year, and oversee the preparation and presentation of variance explanations to senior management. · Support both the interim and year-end financial audits, including dealing directly with the external auditors and tax advisors on issues and with those in accounting to compile information Manage and oversee entire order to cash process incl. sales and purchase invoicing. · Heavy data reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project financial data being reported correctly. · Ensure compliance with Pixelogic’s global business processes in the area of financial management. · Assist in all other areas as needed.

· Professional accounting or finance qualification. · Proven experience as a finance/admin manager in company with international footprint. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with a CPA. · Experience in the media industry preferred. · Highly proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel. · Skilled in billing, reporting, analysis, problem solving and relationship building. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and high level math skills.
