🧭 What You’ll Shape and Influence 🎯 Strategic Financial Leadership • Own and lead the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and mid-to-long-term planning processes in full alignment with global standards and local realities. • Go beyond financial reporting to deliver scenario planning, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive action. 🤝 Commercial Business Partnering • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial clarity and direction on brand launches and channel strategies. • Actively challenge assumptions and deliver insights that connect performance to decisions across the organization. 🔁 Process Innovation & Governance • Drive improvements across FP&A and commercial finance processes through automation, standardization, and digitization. • Ensure robust internal controls and alignment with global policies, acting as a proactive steward of compliance and risk management. 🛍️ Retail & Field Financial Insight • Deliver actionable insights on store profitability, operational productivity, and retail P&Ls. • Work closely with retail leaders to improve sales efficiency, cost controls, and margin performance. 🌱 How You’ll Grow with Us This is more than a finance role—it’s a launchpad for broader leadership impact: • Gain exposure to APAC and Global HQ through active participation in budgeting cycles, strategic reviews, and business cases. • Strengthen commercial acumen by collaborating with diverse brand, marketing, digital, and retail leaders. • Work closely with the Shiseido Korea CFO, engaging with senior leadership on strategic decisions. • Shape how finance is perceived and practiced—as a proactive enabler of growth and innovation.

🔍 What You Bring to This Journey We’re looking for someone who brings the foundation to lead, and the mindset to evolve: • 10+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in FP&A or Commercial Finance leadership roles. • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide budgeting, P&L ownership, and strategic planning cycles. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with SAP and POS analytics is a plus. • Strong command of English for reporting and global stakeholder communication. • Deep understanding of internal controls, accounting, and analytical frameworks. • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results through influence and insight.
