BI (Business Intelligence) JD : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst. The position will work closely with business, finance, and marketing teams to drive initiative and provide business insights. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that enable informed decision-making across various business functions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.

• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse. • Maintain and optimize the performance of BI tools and data models. • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission. • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Create and manage financial forecast models and dashboards • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and seek data-based insights for business operations improvement • Maintain a corporate repository of metric definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency • Help the finance and marketing team to perform data analysis and financial modeling to assess investment returns and identify opportunities/risks. • Support the development of KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for BI solutions. • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions. • Will work as part of a finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar. • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation (ie. BigQuery, Airflow). • Experience with data warehouse tools and data integration processes. • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema). • Programming languages like Python, R, or DAX • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Working level English communication skills.

• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable. • Industry certifications in BI tools (e.g., MS BI Certification, Tableau Desktop Specialist). • Experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling. • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
