As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions that enables the development of cutting-edge technology. Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards.

• Proficient in coding with C/C++ and debugging skills required • Experience in Multimedia software development engineering for Linux based embedded systems. • Experiences on Linux Android/Embedded development area for Camera stability, performance, power and memory optimization and Image Signal Processing. • Experience in customer support and feature customization for customers. • Good knowledge of Linux/Android OS, multi-thread, data structures and basic algorithms. • Good understanding of hardware blocks – Camera AP, ISP, MIPI CSI and their SW architecture for porting and debugging in Linux Kernel, Device Driver Model • Collaborates with customers and team members throughout project life cycle to design, develop, and optimize camera software. • Strong communication skills - able to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear and concise manner. • English email skill.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. • 1+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. • 1+ years of experience with debugging techniques. • Proficiency in C/C++/STL/Python programming. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience with Auto Exposure Compensation (AEC) is a big plus • Prior experience with CMOS image sensor is a big plus.
