• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) is a plus • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development or industrial project management • Strong knowledge of industry EPC project life cycles and industrial service standards • Strong experience for international projects involving several regions/countries, familiar with international business environment • Fluent in Korean and English • Familiarity or certification in industry-specific standards (e.g., API, ASME, ASTM, EU Directives)
