• 계약자 본인 ​여부 확인 및 ​계약 사실 ​관계 ​확인 • 금융계약 조건 ​안내 (예, 대출신청금액, 기간, 월납입금액, 만기 ​옵션 ​등) • 고객 요청 사항 ​시스템 ​반영(예, 주소, 연락처, 자동이체 계좌번호 등) • 자서통화 ​완료 ​후 ​당사 계약관리 시스템에서 ​계약 실행 ​및 ​미 실행 ​계약건 확인 • Check ​phone ​verification status on ​system and ​proceed phone verification • Verify personal information of customers and financial details of contract through phone call • Confirm and change when customer requests personal information change (address, bank account, payment date) during phone verification call • List up the number of phone verification pending cases and reattempt calls

• 최소 2년 고객센터 또는 고객상담 경력 필수 Min.2 year working experience in call relative position • 원활한 의사소통 및 고객 서비스 마인드 보유자 Good communication skills and customer service minds • 능동적인 태도와 팀워크 Proactive attitude and good team work spirit
