This role requires proactive communication and end-to-end account management, from initial seller meetings and portfolio planning to continuous performance tracking and improvement, and it requires strong collaboration with internal teams to provide strategic and hands-on incubation support that drives early seller success.
• Drive conversion of high-potential leads by effectively pitching Shopee’s New Seller Program (NSP) and transitioning qualified sellers into the Priority Seller Program (PSP) pipeline
• Develop strategic shop portfolio plans for newly onboarded sellers, including category focus, hero product selection, and brand/resellers positioning
• Provide end-to-end commercial support to enhance order growth, including pricing strategy, product content optimisation, shop presentation, and marketing exposure (on-site/off-site)
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the incubation period, ensuring seamless communication, seller engagement, and timely execution of action items
• Monitor seller performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
