- Drive, and implement standardized process of Inventory & Logistics within AP which align with across AP and global strategies - Drive country and plants to meet SCM KPI (inventory & logistics etc.) within business target. - Execute the lean tools to continuous improvement - Resolve conflicts cross sites and functions in accordance with targets - Plan, manage and track supply plan and be key players in S&IOP process - Drive freight planning to minimize freightage, on time delivery and flexibility - Leverage on resources commonality across sites and work cross-regional collaboration - Conduct freight control and partner with global logistics to ensure streamlining of transportation and warehouse management - Strong execution capability to achieve the short term and long-term strategy and goals - Support training launch to improve the capability of APAC team
