본 포지션은 아산 공장에 근무하며 연구개발팀에 배속되어 연구개발이사에게 직보하게 되며, 신제품 및 인쇄 공정의 품질 안정화와 개선을 위한 데이터 기반의 분석과 공정 모니터링, 후공정과의 협업 및 개선 활동을 수행합니다. This position is based in the Asan factory and will be assigned to the R&D team, reporting directly to the Director of R&D. The role involves supporting quality stabilization and improvement of new products and printing processes through data-driven analysis, process monitoring, downstream collaboration, and improvement activities. 주요 업무 / Key Responsibilities 신제품 및 인쇄 공정의 품질 안정화 및 개선 활동 지원 Support quality stabilization and improvement of new products and printing processes 생산 공정 모니터링을 위한 품질 데이터 수집 및 분석 Collect and analyze quality data for production process monitoring 결점 데이터를 정리해 일일 리포트 작성 Summarize defect data and prepare daily quality reports 후공정에 정보 공유 및 선별·추가 검사 안내 Share information with downstream processes and provide guidance for sorting and additional inspection 품질 이슈 발생 시 원인 분석 및 개선 활동(8D 등) 참여 Participate in root cause analysis and improvement activities (e.g., 8D) when quality issues arise 생산성 및 품질 향상을 위한 개선 아이디어 제안 및 실행 협업 Propose and collaborate on improvement ideas to enhance productivity and quality

자격 요건 / Requirements 이공계 전공 학사 학위 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 학력 Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent education 품질관리 또는 품질보증 관련 실무 경력 3년 이상 Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance 그라비어 인쇄 공정 및 프린터(열전사 등)에 대한 기본 이해 우대 Basic understanding of gravure printing process and printers (e.g., thermal transfer) will be a plus. 데이터 수집 및 문서화, 리포트 작성 역량 Skills in data collection, documentation, and report preparation 원활한 협업 및 의사소통 능력 Strong collaboration and communication skills 정상적인 색 인지 능력 보유자 Normal color vision required 고객중심사고 Customer Concentric 변화 및 혁신에 개방적인 자세 Mindset open to Change & Innovation
