DISK Global is focused on the production of high-quality dye sublimation ribbons for secure ID card printer OEMs globally. DISK Global produces ink ribbons for direct-to-card and re-transfer printers that are deployed across a wide range of credential issuance markets including secure citizen IDs, student IDs, EMV-compliant debit/credit card issuance and corporate IDs.

• Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends in target international markets.
- Strategy Development: Development and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance the company's presence globally.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company through effective sales tactics and negotiation skills.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics team to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and optimize the sales process.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales report and forecasts to assess performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- International Travel: Travel internationally to meet clients, evaluate market conditions, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies, while managing risks associated with international sales.
자격 요건
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
2. Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in overseas sales in a relevant industry.
3. Language Skills:
Fluent in English both written and spoken to communicate effectively with international clients.
4. Sales and Marketing Experience:
Experience in developing and executing strategies for proactive attitude towards customer discovery.
Strong customer management and relationship-building skills.
5. Analytical and Strategic Thinking
Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
Experience in competitive analysis and sales strategy development.
6. Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to solve complex problems and make effective decisions.
7. Communication and Negotiation Skill:
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Compensation including base salary + sales incentive
- Incentive plan as flexible as 60:40 to 70:30
- Yearly Salary: Negotiable upon experiences & current salary
