Major daily role is as senior manager developing/executing marketing plans including both online and offline IMC marketing campaigns including artist in-market promotion, consumer promotion, single/album productions along with creative productions for UMG international artists.

• Plan, execute and evaluate local IMC marketing strategy for international releases
• Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop innovative, data-driven IMC marketing campaigns
• Identify key social platforms and stay abreast on new emerging connections and trends
• Work and communicate closely with internal/local/overseas partners
• Plan and execute strategies for UMK owned channels
• Organize and execute for in-market promotion
자격 요건
• A bachelor degree
• Over 15 years of relevant work experiences
• Knowledge and understanding on overall music and contents business
• Experience in leading full campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis
• Proactive with developing and executing project strategies.
• Love for international pop music
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools
• English and Korean Skills in both speaking and writing is must
• High interpersonal skills / team work
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Edgy insight on marketing trend
우대사항
• Work experience gained within music, entertainment, consumer marketing companies
• Relevant experience at marketing agency
• Good understanding and knowledge in J-POP
