📣 1. Lead 360° PR & Communications Strategy
• Design and execute an integrated PR strategy covering digital, social, media relations, brand collaborations, and earned content.
• Create impactful influencer and media content in collaboration with top-tier KOLs, celebrities, and beauty editors.
• Lead execution of a full-channel plan spanning paid, owned, and earned media to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling.
• Oversee brand messaging across digital marketing, social media, and content platforms to deliver a seamless consumer experience.
• Drive influencer seeding plans in line with the brand’s local launch calendar and hero campaigns.
🧠 2. Drive Local Relevance and Consumer Resonance
• Identify local consumer insights and media trends, and share findings with regional and global teams to guide campaign adaptation.
• Champion locally relevant storytelling and product prioritization while staying aligned with global brand equity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Retail, Training, Digital) to localize and amplify brand assets and campaign messaging.
💬 3. Manage Paid Media and PR Agency Operations
• Plan and optimize paid media investments with a clear view of ROI, sales forecast, and brand profitability (P&L ownership).
• Manage monthly PR/media budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
• Strengthen brand visibility through media tie-ups, editorials, product placements, and digital features with Korea’s top publications.
• Lead agency operations, including press release development, influencer collaborations, and event execution.
• Manage relationships with brand spokespeople and ambassadors to maintain brand consistency and alignment.
• Monitor media sentiment, identify potential risks, and act swiftly to mitigate reputational issues or PR crises.

• Act as a connector between PR, digital, and retail teams to ensure unified execution of brand campaigns.
• Build strong working relationships with external partners (agencies, platforms) and internal stakeholders to drive execution excellence.
• Lead PR and influencer initiatives across key campaigns and seasonal moments, ensuring high visibility and consumer impact.
