We are seeking a dedicated After Market Service Engineer to join our team. The After Market Service Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers after the sale of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Serve as the customer's main contact to ensure complete technical satisfaction and equipment reliability. • Receives and analyzes all customer requests, ensuring first reply is given in a timely manner. • Categorizes all customer requests and redirects then to other teams. • Works with customers to analyze root causes of failures, predictive maintenance, and gather MTBR metrics from LNG process plant end users. • Maintains a customer request log. • Evaluates duration of field interventions and defines skills required. • Follows field interventions and support field service supervisors technically. • Attends field intervention preparation meetings and debriefing meetings. • Validates field supervisor service reports and dispatches reports to the field service coordinator. • Performs minor design change in the form of a red-line drawing; tracks drawing revisions. • Sends design change requests to the Engineering Department • Reports design flaws on a regular basis and, if required, attend CAR meetings • Gives recommendations on spare part sales opportunities. • If required, attends handover meetings. • This list is not comprehensive, and tasks not mentioned here may be required.

• Ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships with our customers. • May require international travel to collaborate with Nikkiso's end-users and customers. • Strong knowledge in rotating equipment maintenance and operation • Experience with vibration analysis such as Bently Nevada 3500 system or equivalent • Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) use and programming • Exceptional communication and presentation skills Knowledge industry safety requirements • BS in Mechanical Engineering is required. • 5+ years' experience is required. • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
