A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Omni-Channel Marketing Specialist develops and executes integrated marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless customer journey. This role analyzes market trends, collaborates with internal teams and partners, and builds strong stakeholder relationships to drive brand growth. Additionally, the specialist evaluates marketing performance and recommends improvements to optimize future activations.
1. Market & Consumer Insights
• Monitor market, competitor, and consumer/shopper trends across B2B and B2C channels.
• Analyze brand and channel performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide insights to ensure brand strategies are effectively localized across channels.
2. Channel Strategy & Planning
• Develop integrated omni-channel marketing strategies that connect brand priorities with channel-specific needs.
• Ensure brand consistency across professional (Salon, Distributor, Wholesaler) and consumer (eCommerce, H&B retail) touchpoints.
• Design cohesive channel activation frameworks to deliver a seamless brand and consumer journey.
3. Brand-Centric Collaboration
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to align activation plans with brand equity and growth objectives.
• Partner with agencies and external stakeholders to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Act as a brand guardian within channel activities, ensuring premium and consistent brand representation.
4. Partner Engagement
• Build strong partnerships with key B2B and B2C stakeholders to enhance brand presence and category growth.
• Co-develop business plans that integrate brand campaigns with partner strategies.
• Strengthen long-term brand equity through collaborative initiatives.
5. Performance Evaluation
• Evaluate effectiveness of channel marketing activities against brand KPIs.
• Recommend strategic adjustments to optimize future activations and brand visibility.
• Share learnings and best practices to elevate overall marketing execution.
