1. Brand Online Business Management - Manage overall online business for the assigned brand, ensuring sales growth and market share - Develop annual online strategy aligned with brand's objectives to maximize the online business opportunities with clear points of difference for each online channel - Manage online P&L and budget allocation to execute effective online campaigns - Conduct regular business reviews with Brand and Regions 2. Key Channel Management - Develop short- and long-term Channel strategy and roadmap for retailer mall in line with Brands and Affiliate strategies - Identify opportunities to grow online sales from retailer online platforms and to recruit potential new consumers - Be the channel expert the team goes to for strategy, planning, and execution 3. Operational effectiveness - Liaise with Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to maximize growth and get necessary support - Build and maintain cooperative relationships and communication channels with Brands and respective corporate teams - Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships 4. People management

- University-level education - More than 8 years' online / e-commerce experience - Experience in a similar position in retail or consumer goods industry, MNC is preferred - Excellent communication skill & a strong team player - Self-motivated with multi-functional ability - English speaking & writing proficiency
