1. Channel Business & Strategy - Manage online channel(s) for the asisgned brand, ensuring sales growth and strategic alignment - Develop annual and monthly channel business plans in line with brand priorities and market opportunities - Identify and implement channel-specific initiatives to enhance brand visibility and conversion 2. Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting - Track weekly and monthly performance to generate insights that optimize ongoing activities - Analyze promotional impact and consumer engagement to plan future execution - Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor industry trends for continuous innovation 3. Stakeholder & Project Management - Act as a liaison between brand, assigned channel(s), and internal teams to align priorities and streamline communication - Support operational effeciency by managing campaign timelines, asset coordination, and execution readiness - Manage channel and agency relationships to ensure alignment with strategic and creative direction

- University-level education - More than 6 years of experience in online/e-commerce - Experience in a similar position in the retail or consumer goods industry, MNC is preferred - Excellent communication skills & a strong team player - Self-motivated with the ability to work cross-functionally - Proficient in English, both spoken and written
