• In vitro 효능 평가 (CTG, luciferase transcription reporter assays, FACS 등) • Expertise in cell culture techniques and cell-based assays (CTG, luciferase transcription reporter assays, FACS/Flow, etc.) • 분자생물학적 효능평가 (Western-blot, ELISA, RT-qPCR 등) •Experience with protein- and RNA-based detection technologies (western blot, ELISA, RT-qPCR, etc.) •Experience with small-molecule, PROTAC, ADC and DAC screening • 국내외 협력사 및 CRO 관리 Some experience with biochemical and cellular protein interaction or degradation assays such as HTRF and HiBiT preferred
