• Supporting to set-up reasonable retail sales targets to be achieved by dealers • Managing sales related KPIs and providing overall guidance to dealers for achievement • Regular dealer visit and checking progress of dealer sales KPIs achievement and showroom environement of assigned Centres • Generate and maintain productive relationship with dealers principals, dealer staffs and key colleagues • Implementing internal systems and processes to dealers

•Automotive sales experience over 6 years is perferred •Proactive attitude •Communication skill (Business English 수준 포함) •Problem solving skill •Team work •자동차 경력이 부재한 경우 시계 등 럭셔리 산업에서 Wholesale을 위임하는(딜러와 같은) 세일즈 담당
