• Management Reporting: Own the production and continuous improvement of financial reports and dashboards. Ensure reporting systems and processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business

• R&D 프로젝트 예산 취합 및 통합 관리
• Forecasting and Tracking: Collaborate with Functional Groups and Project/Program Managers to collect and consolidate financial forecasts related to project/program activities. Track progress against these forecasts with a high level of accuracy and transparency
• 프로젝트 단위 예산 및 일정 추적, 비용 실적 관리 , PO, 세금계산서, 지출자료 등 재무 흐름 모니터링
• Project/Program Financial Oversight: Monitor purchase orders (POs), invoices, and actuals against project/program budgets and milestones. Identify variances and provide timely insights to relevant stakeholders.
• 연구팀 및 프로그램 매니저와의 협업을 통한 프로젝트 예산 통합 및 실행 관리
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Researchers, Project/Program Managers, and the broader Finance team to align on project/program timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
• R&D 기획 관련 프로세스 개선
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance reporting workflows and financial processes to better support a growing number of complex, high-stakes projects.
