Main Job Purpose: The role is the commercial finance business partner, focusing on the optimizing the investment and driving the savings across the value chain. Key responsibility of the role is to provide data insights in driving performance management, partner business function to think 3 steps ahead as well as holding the daily operations such as book closing. This role would set the candidate well to progress to future leader of the FP&A. Prioritization, problem solving, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills would be required to work effectively with stakeholders and team members. Main Accountabilities: • Drive performance management a. Lead and support high-profile initiatives, while coordinating ad-hoc analysis and requests to support performance discussions, actions. • MEC closing a. Understand business operation and SAP CO module. b. Stewardship in P&L with periodical review and follow ups • Lead strategic planning on value creation a. Financial Growth Model in specific financial area. b. Lead target setting processes and DRA (dynamic resource allocation)

Skills Profile: • Over 10 years of experience in Finance and experienced FP&A role • Strong finance operational foundation in performance management. • Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills • Strong analytical skills, ability to make the complex simple • English proficiency (required) • Experienced in cosmetic industry (preferred)
