To provide comfortable and optimal workplace conditions for employees, ‘Workplace & Admin Specialist‘ is going to handle office and local activities effectively under a proper governance. He/she will have a good understanding of real estate & facility management, and administrative requirements from overall IPECS business. This position will report to the Common team leader and be part of CFO organization.

• Perform workplace delivery in accordance with Real Estate & Facility Management (REFM) priorities and local business needs
• Reception(part-time), mail handling,
• Office goods handling/operations, help desk building operations
• Preform delivery control of facility management sub-contractors in cooperation with building management team
• Communicate and collaborate with Ericsson REFM team
• Liaison with company OHS, security and safety team
• Provide a full range of administrative and organizational support
• Maintain and renew regulatory certificates that require business and facility
• Organize and process the company administrative payments and allocations
• Coordinate space or admin related matters
• Leadership team and Common team support
• Manage communication with stakeholders:
• Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with stakeholders in accordance with recommended governance
자격 요건
• 5+ years of experience of REFM or local administration in multinational companies
• Bachelor's degree in similar relevant fields
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally
• Excellent communication skills
