■ Roles and Responsibilities 1. Financial Performance Analysis and Forecasting ˗ Analyze company's financial and operational performance ˗ Lead analysis and forecasting of OPEX (Operating Expenses) and CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) execution ˗ Provide timely and relevant analytical materials to each department 2. Profitability Analysis and Data Management ˗ Support profitability improvement through standard margin analysis by products and categories ˗ Maintain financial data history and version control ˗ Verify COPA system data and ensure accuracy 3. Budget Planning and Process Management ˗ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecast schedules (providing templates, guidelines, and timelines) ˗ Execute Rolling Forecast and budget planning processes ˗ Build performance analysis and forecasting framework by products, categories, and channels 4. Reporting and Management Support ˗ Prepare and manage MBR (Monthly Business Report) process for headquarters reporting ˗ Provide analysis and reports for CFO and senior management requests ˗ Collaborate with team manager to improve existing metrics and processes 5. Project Participation and Process Improvement ˗ Participate in various projects for team and organizational success ˗ Maintain accuracy and systematic management of financial data

■ Education and Experience ˗ Education: University degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred) ˗ Experience: Above 7 years (GL minimum 3~4 years + FP&A minimum 3~4 years) ˗ Language: Upper-intermediate level English (capable of business communication) ■ Technical Competencies ˗ Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and management accounting (including internal controls) ˗ Hands-on experience in Rolling Forecast and budget planning processes ˗ Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) ˗ Experience in external audit response ˗ Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ˗ Result-oriented thinking and customer-first mindset
