1. Retail Network Planning and Execution
- Develop mid to long-term POS Expansion Plan (5-year / 3-year / 1-year) across department store, outlet, and duty-free channels.
- Negotiate new POS openings and withdrawals, including location, area, margin, and Capex sharing, based on P&L prediction and analysis.
- Enhance store efficiency and productivity through environment improvement projects (Relocation / Renewal).
- Drive traffic and sales activation through effective in-store visibility
2. Sales & Retail Strategy
- Plan and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly sales and retail strategies, including retailer-based e-commerce, to achieve brand financial targets.
- Analyze store-level retail metrics (traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, DTC KPIs) to develop data-driven action plans.
- Explore and develop new opportunities to increase the contribution of responsible sales channels.
- Prepare regular sales analysis reports with actionable recommendations.
3. Sales Team & POS Management
- Lead, coach, and supervise consignment store managers and POS teams to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Drive performance through effective management of mid-level store managers, ensuring clear goal-setting and structured follow-up for each POS.
- Establish a disciplined sales cadence with actionable execution plans per store, maximizing individual and team productivity.
- Manage sales targets and incentive schemes, including DTC-focused performance metrics such as sell-thru rate, productivity per sqm, and traffic-to-conversion improvement.
- Plan and implement efficient, motivating incentive schemes to boost employee engagement and drive consistent performance uplift.
- Foster a high-performance culture by recognizing achievements and ensuring transparent performance tracking.
4. Product & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and product display status to ensure sell-through optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to allocate and balance stock for each POS based on sales trends and channel performance.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking
- Conduct market research to capture trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor moves in the luxury retail sector.
- Develop and implement market-leading strategies to strengthen brand competitiveness and elevate customer experience.
6. Retail Capability & DTC Excellence
- Leverage a deep understanding of retail KPIs and DTC business operations to enhance store productivity, customer experience, and overall profitability.
