We are seeking a highly capable Supply Specialist to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment and seamless supply chain execution. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving on-time delivery performance, optimizing inventory and logistics operations, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction. As part of the Supply & Sourcing team within the CFO organization, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and external suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the Supply & Sourcing Team Leader.

• Order management & On-time delivery • Ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction • Manage transportation, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery • Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs • Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. • Risk mitigation & strategy development • Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations, such as delays or disruptions • Develop and implement overall supply chain strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency • Select key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure the Compliance program as all strategic goods under control • Focus on business transition to SW delivery business • Understand business trends and optimize the SW delivery process to customers • Communication & Collaboration • Work with various departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, etc and build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers

• 3~5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a tech/SW or HW business • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Finance, or similar relevant fields • Experience in SW delivery business such as cloud licensing • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally • Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in written and spoken English
