- Set clear guideline for seasonal local design elements for apparel and accessory– material, silhouette, color, construction, pattern & cutting lines, artworks.
- Enhance and standardize the quality of outsourcing design to be under clear guide from creative direction team.

• [Task 4] Lead cross-category & cross-division creative (15%)
- Cross-functional communication to deliver the creative direction for market own key stories. Aligning with footwear merchandising and marketing team, to make the one strong “PUMA story” happen.
• [Task 5] Operational excellence (15%)
- Responsible for managing operational excellence in team & outsourcing designers, such as clear format, standardized quality level of outcome, and timeline management (on-time delivery and balancing workload) for any necessary task.
