Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for providing critical insights into product performance and driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organization. This person will leverage analytical skills to forecast product demand and develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track product performance informing strategic business decisions as a primary focus. Futhermore, this positionoversees Event and Visual Merchandising in terms of planning and implementation to elevate brand experience and maximize product target achievement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement effective action plans. It is critical that this role embodies strong leadership skills and has the ability to think holistically to align with strategic business partners on priorities.

-Bachelor’s Degree or above required, specialized in Marketing and Business preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 13 years of experiences in product marketing with product-oriented background within the Asia Pacific region, especially in Korea, Experience in the luxury industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in presentation, negotiation, organization, strong interpersonal skill
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, energetic, dynamic, independent, reliable and self-disciplined. A strong team player
- Able to thrive in fast-paced working culture, manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Transversal coordination needed with strategic thinking and leadership
- Budget management skills and experiences
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
