As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Acting as a focal point to ensure delivery of great customer service for an assigned scope of region
· Providing support to Sales, Projects, Services, Channels, Direct Customers for information on price/lead times/status of internal&external sale orders, return materials/shipments
· Supporting Know Your Customer on boarding process, commercial pre-qualification and bidding
· Generating quotes using established quotations processes and tools (SAP and other relevant business platforms) meeting company standard turn-around targets
· Following up open quotations and recording key metrics variables as advised by manager
· Managing daily order management activities include coordinating with factory, order amendments, retention of documents, order status tracking and proactive communication
· Processing of orders, purchase requisitions, purchase order requests and customer’s data maintaining 100% compliance on process & policies
· Supporting Invoicing, audits, work with Finance and Collections teams to improve Receivables performance
