Budgeting & Performance Analysis - Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and perform variance analysis against actuals - Analyze financial results and key drivers, and provide actionable insights Forecasting & Scenario Planning - Utilize existing financial models to update rolling forecasts and analyze performance - Conduct sensitivity analysis based on different business scenarios - Collaborate with operations and project teams to incorporate updated assumptions into financial plans Management Reporting - Develop monthly and quarterly internal financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and key metrics - Support strategic decision-making through profitability and performance analysis (especially for project-based or PF-related assets) Capex and Investment Analysis - Analyze project-level profitability and performance against budget and forecast - Track key metrics such as FFO, variance to plan, and contribution margin at the asset or portfolio level Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Accounting and Treasury functions to align reporting and actual performance - Collaborate on debt management, financing structure, and intercompany arrangements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field •Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or financial planning roles •Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel required; PowerPoint for executive reporting) •Solid understanding of P&L and cash flow drivers •Strong communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts clearly •English proficiency (especially for multinational or cross-border transactions)

•Experience in project finance or asset-heavy industries (e.g., renewable energy, infrastructure) •Familiarity with BI tools or ERP systems •CPA or similar certifications a plus
