- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technically relevant engineering - Fluent speaking & writing in English - Ability to collaborate with cross functional team with leadership - Logistics solution experience - Proven experience in project management

▶Team Introductions - Tier1 Logistics team manage entire logistics flow from Breweries to DC and accelerate its efficiency & agility. - Tier1 Logistics team leads Korea Tech-log future with potential & leading logistics platform and system. - Due to the fast moving consumer good industry environment, high agility and resilience are required as there is frequent communication with numerous stakeholders and a need to adapt quickly to changes. Despite the high intensity and dynamic nature of the work, our team maintains camaraderie among team members and a positive energy ▶Tips for the Candidate - Lead Logistics Tech projects (WMS, TMS, Automatic Truck scheduling, Other Automation project etc) - Deliver logistics cost saving by developing new initiative - Improve safety management for brewery logistics - Propose logistics process improvement - Expertise in WMS, TMS, SAP, etc. and experience with warehouse automation is a plus. - Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile/PMP/Prince2) - Warehouse operation and management
