✅[Role Summary] As a Finance Manager in the Finance team, you'll be responsible for partially managing and assisting financial/sales operations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and transactions. Your responsibilities will include engaging with finance and sales transactions, as well as aggregating revenue via the CRM system (Salesforce). *Please note that official position title is “Finance Manager ✅[Responsibilities] • Manage Accounts Receivable(A/R) and Accounts Payable(A/P) - A/R aging & tracking - A/R chasing - Employee expense review and journal entry • Handle banking tasks by managing bank accounts and corporate credit cards • Engage in monthly finance/accounting closing and sales support • Facilitate the sales team in finalizing sales transactions and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales orders and relevant data • Review and manage various finance/sales documents, such as invoices and purchase orders • Provide assistance to the international sales team with tasks related to invoice issuance, license management, and renewal processes • Set up an account in client’s payment systems • Act as a liaison between the sales team and finance team • Manage accounting and finance matters based on guideline from seniors

[Requirements] • 2+ year experience as a finance/sales admin or other administrative role • Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Global mindset
