Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to coordinate and support all aspects of marketing and sales efforts by actively collaborating with marketing and sales staff within the PeriVascular (PV) business in South Korea. To be successful in this role, you must have good business acumen in selling and/or promoting medical devices and have a passion to initiate a marketing program. • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities. • Interacts directly with internal stakeholders to identify new marketing opportunities. • Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place. • Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships. • Acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems • Regularly review and monitor backorders to identify and analyze business impact by communication with sales team • Collaborate with logistics teams to understand the reasons for backorders and release plan and update with sales team
