[What'll you do?]
• Own the full BD life-cycle: scouting and qualifying opportunities, structuring deals, drafting term sheets, coordinating due-diligence datarooms, leading negotiations, and guiding partnerships to value-inflection milestones.
• Partner with the executive team to refine portfolio strategy, mentor senior BD staff, and keep commercial objectives tightly aligned with R&D priorities.
• Represent Galux at international partnering conferences and investor meetings.
[Required Competencies]
• Full-cycle deal leadership: Proven ability to source opportunities, qualify targets, articulate high-level scientific and commercial rationale, coordinate diligence/data rooms, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, and drive transactions to signing and alliance launch
• Proven alliance-management success: Stewarded multi-year collaborations to critical milestones and measurable value
• Start-up mindest: Comfortable rolling up sleeves, working with lean resource-constrained settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
