We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in the development of high-performance vector databases, RAG systems, and AI agent software for automating and optimizing workflows. The role involves developing AI agent software (command-line interface or web-based agents), and incorporating advanced features like multi-agent context management, tool calling, and agentic workflow design. • Design and develop AI agent software to automate coding and development tasks, offering functionality through command-line interfaces (CLI) or web-based platforms. • Implement MCP (multi-command processing) tool calling to enable seamless interaction between AI agents and external tools. • Develop agentic workflows that involve multiple agents working together to accomplish complex tasks efficiently and intelligently. • Implement context management techniques to ensure that AI agents maintain context and continuity across different tasks and workflows. • Integrate AI agents into existing vector database and RAG systems to optimize workflows, improving automation and reducing manual intervention. • Ensure smooth communication between agents for collaborative task management and contextual awareness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI agents are effective, efficient, and aligned with product goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, agent-based systems, and software development technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in software development, especially in AI agent software and workflow automation. • Strong knowledge of Python, C++, or similar programming languages. • Experience in developing command-line interfaces (CLI) or web-based applications. • Familiarity with AI agents, tool calling, and multi-agent systems. • Experience with context management and task delegation in distributed systems or agent-based architectures. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with multi-agent coordination, workflow automation, and advanced AI agent architectures. • Familiarity with machine learning models, including natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs). • Experience with microservices and API integrations for AI agent functionality. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
