• Position Ericsson as a technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customers
• Provide sales support expertise, conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers
• Provide sales support for specific deals, respond to RFx, propose solutions covering customer requirements, and present to Headquarters and Customers
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy, including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions, is communicated to those in need at the Business Unit and Product Development Unit
• Customer Engagement focusing on identifying business opportunities, creating value propositions, and engaging customers at an early stage to maximize market and sales
