• You have at least 12+ years of experience in social and content marketing, including senior leadership roles driving strategy, creative, and execution in Korea
• Deep understanding of digital and social platforms, fandom behavior, and cultural conversations in Korea
• Experienced in building authority with fandoms, creators, and industry players, ensuring Spotify is seen as a central voice in K-pop and Korean culture
• Confident in using data and insights to craft creative, set goals, and measure both cultural and business impact
• Skilled at leading sophisticated team member networks — from agencies and creators to cross-functional teams and global partners
• Naturally plugged into the internet, music, and fan culture — always on the pulse of trends, memes, and cultural moments
• Background in entertainment, gaming, music labels, media outlets, or tech is strongly preferred
• Native in Korean and fluent in English, with outstanding communication and storytelling skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable leading in fast-paced, evolving environments
