We are seeking a Backend Software Developer responsible for designing and developing web services and APIs. Your role will encompass all phases of development, including requirements analysis, system architecture, software design, integration, and product documentation. Our team is primarily focused on the development of a UC (User Communication) system called iPECS-ONE, which provides calling, messaging, and collaboration services. We are particularly looking for a backend engineer with experience in LLM, Generative AI, and RAG development for AI agent initiatives.

• New graduate or 2+ years of experience in software development • Required Competencies: • Development and operation of agent systems using LLM models • Experience in developing and operating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based models • Generative AI chatbot service development experience • Proficiency in Node.js/Docker, open-source analysis & debugging, Linux, and databases (backend)

• Experience: New graduate or up to 2 years' professional experience • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher • Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and AI service platforms • Programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python • Preferred domain expertise: Open API, diverse open-source libraries/frameworks, database management and optimization, Docker • Web platform development experience (Node.js) • Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL • Git version control experience • English: Business-level communication skills
