Customer data management & analysis
• Supervise CIEM data management and analysis to design optimal CRM framework and initiatives
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer data accuracy and quality (data capture, single customer view and data quality monitoring)
• Strategically segment customers based on key metrics for tiered and targeted outreach
• Overseeing extraction and analysis of customer data based on demography and customer journey
• Analyze CRM sales performance return on investments
• Collaborate with regional IT and key stakeholders on CIEM data system framework development and implementation
Customer outreach strategy, planning & execution
• Monitor and analyze CRM performances to enhance conversion, customer retention and to improve customer experience and lifetime value
• Draft and strengthen CRM plan base on short-term, mid-term and long-term CRM roadmap in line with business/marketing strategy
• Create contents for customer outreach per target segments and initiate direct marketing leveraging various channels, incl. emails, MMS and Kakao
• Set up CRM vendor partnerships for enhanced CRM performance
• Draft and activate retention/reactivation plan per channel
• Maximize customer retention, reactivation and new acquisition via strong membership loyalty program
• Initiate new customer acquisition thru 3rd party partnerships
VIC Clienteling
• Develop and execute tiered VIC programs for brand loyalty enhancement: trade in, up & across
• Enhance brand loyalty via planning and rollout of VIC annual gifting program and VIC bespoke events
• Communicate with retail and store team for VIC cultivation, retention & reactivation via 1:1 clienteling outreach
