주요업무

Strategic HR Leadership: Create and implement HR strategies, workforce plans, and organizational development programs that directly support company's business goals. Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for professional and leadership positions, from proactive sourcing to final offer negotiations. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fuel the company's growth. Compliance and Advisory: Act as the go-to HR expert on U.S. labor and employment laws. Ensure all company policies, processes, and practices are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and talent trends. Provide the President and senior leadership with actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on this analysis. Compensation and Benefits: Lead the review and improvement of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and benefits programs to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant. Culture and Performance: Drive initiatives designed to improve employee satisfaction, boost retention, and foster a high-performance workplace culture.

자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred). • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Fluent/Bilingual in Korean and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages. • expertise in U.S. employment laws (federal and state) and HR compliance best practices. • Proven success in strategic HR planning and talent acquisition leadership, particularly in technical or energy-related sectors. • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and workforce analytics tools. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment, balancing strategy and hands-on HR execution. • US VISA Holder (별도의 비자지원 없음)
