You will serve as a strategic architect and a thought partner to executive leadership, driving the company’s evolution toward a successful IPO. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence while managing the company’s equity story for global investors.

✅[Responsibilities] •Lead IPO journey: Orchestrate the end-to-end IPO roadmap, coordinating with external advisors (underwriters, legal, and accounting firms) to ensure market readiness • Strategic Business Planning: Identify growth levers and define the key enablers required to scale the business to unicorn company; Develop annual business plans and monitor performance via sophisticated KPI frameworks, providing proactive problem-solving support • Cross-functional strategic projects: Lead and orchestrate high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects to ensure organizational alignment and drive end-to-end execution of corporate-wide initiatives. • Investor Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential investors (VCs), managing the cap table and communication flow

✅[Qualifications] Must • At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business management • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking • In-depth understanding of corporate finance •Full professional proficiency both in Korean and English (written and verbal)

Plus • Experience in top-tier management consulting • Direct experience in the SaaS industry with an understanding of SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC) • Experience in or a deep understanding of the IPO process, equity financing, or high-level investor relations
