JOB PURPOSE
To deliver impactful training, coaching, and onboarding programs that enhance client advisors’ skills, improve retail performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s retail training framework. The Retail Trainer plays a key role in supporting store teams through in-person coaching, e-learning management, reporting, and continuous improvement of training initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct in-store coaching sessions and record activities in iLearn (including due tasks)
• Manage attendance records and collect participant feedback via Microsoft Forms
• Track training status by store and week, updating onboarding and training reports accordingly
• Guide store managers on briefing record procedures using iLearn guidelines and PPT references
• Monitor training completion rates and prepare reports (with collection completion goal of 95%)
• Provide instructions for extracting store-specific training reports and managing reporting processes (CXG Connect, iLearn)
• Register training results and completion status in iLearn; ensure automated report circulation to relevant stakeholders
• Manage access rights for CXG Connect and update store information and recipient lists in “KOREA” sheets
• Support field coaching (sales coaching, CRM coaching, client management coaching) and respond to RM coaching requests
• Deliver offline/online training sessions, including onboarding, refresher, and content-requested programs
• Create and distribute training materials (workbooks, trainer guides, videos) and content for retail team requests
• Oversee iLearn-based training operations, including self-learning modules (FLAME, e-learning, etc.)
• Manage and monitor briefing records for shopper visits and ensure accurate logging in iLearn
• Support Clienttiamo training follow-ups
• Oversee onboarding programs for new hires, including 1–2 day orientation, weekly training schedules, and 30/60-day check-ins
• Administer existing employee training sessions (quarterly) and follow-up evaluations
• Track and review mystery shopper results per store and maintain reporting folders (Excel, Teams)
• Manage training-related costs, including transportation, accommodation, and rewards reimbursement, ensuring approvals and documentation are in place
• Handle system issues (iLearn, Scomm, etc.), quiz retakes, and liaise with Helpdesk for resolutions
• Place and manage SUPPLY training material orders
• Oversee Ambassador program operations: store briefings, activity tracking, and rewards follow-up
• Prepare training data, update reports, and ensure alignment with retail KPIs and compliance requirements
